Peak Season Rates (Memorial Day – Labor Day) **

- Weekend: $800 (Friday & Saturday Nights)
- Memorial or Labor Day Weekend: $1,000 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nights)

Off-Season Rates
- Daily: $250
- Weekend: $600 (Friday & Saturday Nights)
- Weekly: $1,500

** During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) the log home is available for weekly rental only but daily/weekend bookings will be considered for open dates less than four weeks from date of inquiry.
A weekend is defined as Friday PM (check-in) through Sunday AM (check-out). You may count Memorial Day and Labor Day as the exception when check-out will be Monday AM.
Conditions of Stay
- Lodge may not exceed 12 people.
- Tents are allowed, no other items.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Canoe, paddle boat, 12-foot row boat, volleyball net, basketball & horse shoes are available for your enjoyment.

- Room 1: King Size Bed
- Room 2: Queen Size Bed
- Room 3: One Queen, Two Bunk Beds
- Room 4: One Double, Two Bunk Beds
- Bathroom 1: Main Floor, Toilet + Sink
- Bathroom 2: Upstairs, Toilet + Bathtub + Sink
- Shower: Basement, Private Shower in Heated Area
Smoking & Pets
- Smoking is not allowed inside buildings at any time.
- Pets are not allowed.
Damage Deposit
- $250/stay
Taxes
- Taxes will be applied to accommodations: State (5%), County (0.5%), Room Accomodation (4.5%)
Payment Schedule
- 30% of total amount (including accomodations & taxes) is due within 10 days of receipt of Confirmation of Reservation.
- Balance plus damage deposit is due 90 days in advance of arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 120 days prior to occupancy date will receive full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to occupancy date will receive back ½ of the accommodation and full damage deposit and tax.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to occupancy date and ‘no shows’ will forfeit the entire accommodation but will receive back damage deposit and tax.
- Forfeiture of the accommodation will not apply in the event the property manager is able to secure alternate bookings for dates cancelled.
